Groups

Bookings 

• First-time clients need to read and accept the liability waiver on our website to confirm their attendance.

• Group classes are to be paid upfront. Once your payment is received in full, your booking is confirmed. 

• Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

 

Cancellations, missed classes & refunds

• A class must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time, in which case your payment will be transferred on to a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Missed classes are not subject to refunds.

• If a class is cancelled due to the instructor, we will reschedule the class or return the payment at the client’s request.

 

Private sessions

Bookings 

Days, times and periodicity of private sessions are to be arranged before the payment; once the dates are arranged the total cost of a block -previously agreed- should be paid in advance. 

 

Cancellations, missed classes & Refunds

• For private lessons, if you would like to cancel or postpone a session, we would need to receive a 48-hour cancellation notice. Failure to give the cancellation notice on time will result in the client’s forfeit of the full cost of that session. In case of illness, it is advisable to send a quick message to let the instructor know that the session won’t take place that day.

• If a class is cancelled due to the instructor, we will reschedule the class or return the payment at the client’s request.

• Sessions should be taught according to the periodicity agreed; there is a period of grace for its validity; this varies according to the length of your block. For example, a block of five weekly sessions has a validity of 7 weeks. After this period, your course would terminate.

Bank transfers

Once we agree your sessions, we will send you the bank details for your transfer.

                                                              

Health and safety

At the beginning of your first course, you will be required to fill out some health and safety confidential forms with your details. Please ensure to keep us informed if there is a significant change in your health circumstances.
